Description of what we are selling

Win The Storm, LLC Communication

  • Win The Storm, LLC uses this campaign to provide real-time communication to customers regarding their interest in attending the conference or buying tickets over the phone, through text, or on winthestorm.com.
  • You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
  • If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to info@winthestorm.com
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Tickets

1. All Sales Are Final
All ticket sales for Win The Storm are final. Once a purchase is completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes in personal plans, travel issues, weather, illness, or scheduling conflicts.

2. Ticket Transfers
Tickets are transferable to another person or to a future Win The Storm conference.
To transfer your ticket, you must submit a written request to the official Win The Storm team at info@winthestorm.com no later than 2 days before the event date.
Transfers to the next conference must be used within 12 months of the original event date.
Ticket value cannot be redeemed for cash or merchandise.

3. Event Modifications
Win The Storm reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, floorplan, speakers, venue, agenda, or format at any time without notice. Such changes do not qualify as grounds for a refund.

4. Ticket Holder Responsibility
Each attendee is responsible for safeguarding their ticket and credentials. Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets may not be replaced. Entry requires a valid ticket and proper identification.

5. Conduct & Compliance
Attendees agree to follow all venue rules, security guidelines, and staff directions. Win The Storm reserves the right to remove any individual from the event without refund for disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

6. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

virtual online training platform for the strom restoration industry, complete with a full course library of fun, industry-specific training videos. SVG U comes complete with courses, chapters, and testing modeled after the book “Win The Game” and many well known SVG Product Systems to help Contractors scale in the restoration industry.

Fulfillment Policies

• Refund Policy – All payments made for the Win The Storm event, including deposits, registration fees, and other associated costs, are non-refundable. By completing your payment, deposit or other associated costs, you are agreeing to this no-refund policy. This policy applies regardless of circumstances, including but not limited ot changes in event dates, venues, or any other unforseen adjustments.
• Delivery Policy –  Upon a successful registration and full payment for Win The Storm booth or sponsorship, a confirmation email will be sent for proof of purchase. Details of the event will be provided upon availability including the date information, and relevant updates or changes. Sponsors and participants are responsible for monitoring communications from the event and latest updates.
• Return Policy – No returns
