AJ Briley is the co-founder and CEO of ProLine CRM, the only communication-first CRM built specifically for roofing contractors. AJ grew up in home services, working summers for his father’s home renovation company, knocking doors for pest control during college, and eventually being hired as a marketing manager for DeLaurier Roofing in 2018. Despite his current career in technology, AJ’s roots are in the home service industry. While running marketing for DeLaurier Roofing, AJ self-taught himself software development, creating automations and early-AI systems to help John DeLaurier and his team manage more leads, sell more jobs, and generate more reviews. These automations were so successful that AJ and John decided to co-found ProLine in 2021. Since then, AJ has led ProLine to become the #1 CRM for roofers who prioritize great communication and customer experience.
