Ashlyn Bartlett is a roofing industry executive and operator with a decade of experience building teams, developing leaders, and scaling high-growth roofing organizations. Her career has spanned nearly every function of the business, including sales, recruiting, training, people operations, compensation, technology, leadership development, and operational strategy.

Ashlyn helped scale a roofing company from under $5 million to more than $50 million in annual revenue, supporting expansion into multiple states, six consecutive appearances on the Inc. 5000, and recognition as a Top 50 roofing contractor nationally. During that growth, she built and led people, recruiting, training, and culture initiatives while helping develop the systems needed to support a rapidly scaling organization. That experience shaped her belief that sustainable growth requires more than revenue, great salespeople, and strong systems. It requires intentional leadership, accountability, and a culture people genuinely want to be part of.

Today, Ashlyn serves as Managing Director of Forge Direct, the organic sales division of Forge Roofing, a private-equity-backed multi-company roofing platform. She is helping build Forge Direct from the ground up, developing its sales organization, leadership structure, culture, and operational infrastructure with a focus on scaling intentionally while keeping people at the center of growth.
