About Brett
Brett Arrington started roofing at 12, working alongside his grandfather on charity roofs for widows in their community. At 14, he ran his first roof without adult supervision, with his twin brother Eric on the crew. (The lines were chalked. He'd rather you didn't ask how straight they were.) Since then he has done every single part of the process, from tear-off to final walk, on standing seam and R-panel metal, concrete tile, clay tile, built-up roofing, and shingle. He still thinks like the guy on the ladder, just with a lot more systems behind him. Today Brett leads Advosy Construction and Image Roofing, a $33M roofing and public adjusting operation across Arizona and Nevada that processes thousands of insurance claims a year. The company runs on EOS, with AI and automation wired directly into the field, sales, and claims workflows rather than bolted on after the fact. His specialty is process design applied in the field. Brett has built and installed operations and sales systems in the US, Canada, Mexico, Argentina, Peru, Chile, Panama, and El Salvador, working in both English and Spanish. He is a student of operating frameworks, from EOS to Sebastian Marshall's Background Ops (his obsession), and puts them to work on real crews with real margins. He is not a back-office theorist. His best personal retail sales month was $387K, produced while running the company and managing his own jobs. Brett lives in Mesa, Arizona, with his wife and their three kids.
