Chris Zimmerman is a roofing business owner and educator with more than two decades in roofing and restoration. He founded At Your Service Roofing and Remodeling in 2005 and moved into insurance restoration in 2012, building the company around strong systems, exceptional customer service, and a commitment to protecting homeowners. Today he's CEO of Gladstone, an AI communication tool built on decades of experience to make storm files simple again. Gladstone came out of what Chris kept seeing across hundreds of contractors: the ones who got homeowners a fair outcome were the ones who could communicate the evidence the best. Skills most teams take years to develop. He consults with more than 100 roofing companies nationwide through Master Your Craft, the training community he co-founded with John Senac, along with private trainings and classes for Owens Corning. He's currently involved in seven businesses spanning roofing, consulting, restoration, technology, real estate, and material science. Since 2022 he's been a featured speaker at conferences across the country, reaching thousands of contractors. He's dedicated his career to protecting homeowners and teaching contractors how to do the same.
