Collin Bynum is the Founder and CEO of Elite Performance Group (EPG), a consulting firm helping roofing companies build stronger sales teams, tighter operational systems, and smarter CRM processes. With over four years of experience in door-to-door and roofing sales, Collin built his reputation from the ground up — entering the roofing industry in April 2023 and helping scale a small company into one of the largest in the DFW market within just three years. Along the way, Collin surpassed $10 million in career residential roofing sales in under three years, including a $3.3 million sales year and a $1.4 million sales month. His performance earned him two Golden Door awards. Since founding EPG, Collin has helped dozens of roofing companies fix broken operational processes and guided hundreds of sales reps toward multi six-figure and seven-figure incomes. He also runs a supplementing and estimating business serving roofing companies, and is the founder of KnuckHub, a recruiting and networking platform built for the door-to-door industry. He hosts the podcast Hardwired to Hustle. Collin brings both the numbers and the systems — a rare combination of top producer and builder of producers.
