Connor Rodich, President of Executive Partners, is a leadership and financial expert who helps roofing and exterior contractors build the teams, numbers, and systems to scale and exit with confidence. He came up through corporate sales and finance, climbed fast, then walked away to build as an entrepreneur. He founded and scaled a storm-restoration roofing company, later served as President of Roofing.com (national coaching, masterminds, and RoofCON), and was Lead Coach at The Roofing Academy before launching Executive Partners in 2023. Today, Connor is still in the arena as an equity partner to a handful of entities, while also consulting founders and executive teams across a portfolio representing more than $500 million in annual revenue in 30+ states. He has helped drive over $150 million in M&A exits in the industry, and his work centers on intentional leadership, financial clarity, and operational optimization — the levers that turn busy contractors into durable, transferable businesses.
