Crystal Watterson is the CFO of Greater American LLC and an operational and financial consultant to home-service business owners. Her career includes overseeing construction, renovation, and maintenance initiatives involving more than 200 hotel properties nationwide before bringing that experience into the roofing and restoration industry. Crystal is passionate about helping entrepreneurs understand the numbers that matter, develop stronger business systems, and pursue healthy, profitable growth. Her leadership philosophy is grounded in putting people before profit and treating every client, employee, and business partner with genuine care and respect. Crystal holds an MBA and operates Greater American alongside her husband of 30 years and two of their three adult children. When she is not working, she enjoys traveling, reading, and planning her next adventure.
