Ethan A. Gross, JD is the Chief Executive Officer and a shareholder of Globe MidwestTM Adjusters International. With more than 30 years of experience in public adjusting, Mr. Gross has managed numerous complex, multimillion-dollar claims, consistently achieving favorable outcomes for policyholders across the United States. Mr. Gross serves on the Editorial Advisory Board for National Underwriter’s FC&S Expert Coverage Interpretation and is frequently appointed as an appraiser, umpire, arbitrator, and expert witness. He brings extensive expertise across a broad range of commercial claims, including manufacturing, multifamily housing, hospitality, healthcare, agriculture, municipal projects, and builder’s risk. His areas of specialization also include complex business interruption and cyber-related claims. In addition to his professional practice, Mr. Gross is a sought-after speaker who regularly lectures on insurance claim issues to legal, insurance, and other professional audiences nationwide. He has also authored several articles on property insurance claim matters. Prior to joining Globe MidwestTM as a fourth-generation public adjuster, Mr. Gross practiced law with a focus on first-party property insurance litigation. Mr. Gross is very active in his community serving on non-profit boards and supporting a variety of causes. He also proudly served as an infantry officer in the Michigan Army National Guard.
