Cross

Jim Cross is the founder and CEO of Contractor Connect, PBC, MDO, and founder of Elite Roofing & Remodels, a Cross Family Company. With a background in Quality Management, Jim built his leadership style around accountability, process, compliance, and continuous improvement. In 2019, he founded Elite Roofing & Remodels with a focus on building excellent roofs, following requirements, and delivering a higher standard of service. That mission later led to the creation of Contractor Connect—a concierge-style concept that has grown into a full-service construction consulting company and mission-driven organization. Today, Jim and his team help contractors, property owners, investors, and industry professionals through consulting, education, project support, and trusted connections, with a continued focus on strengthening communities and raising standards across the construction industry.
