Jon
Starry

Jon Starry is the owner of Steadfast Roofing and has become a serious contender in one of the country’s most crowded roofing markets. In three years, Steadfast Roofing grew to $17.3M in revenue. The company has earned online visibility that outpaces competitors who have been in business for nearly four decades. And while Tampa Bay was long viewed as a storm-restoration market, Jon has proven that strong retail sales, disciplined execution, and a reputation people trust can win year-round. Originally from Pennsylvania and now rooted in Tampa Bay, Jon is a husband, dad, and active member of a local church and its men’s ministry. He brings real numbers, hard-earned lessons, and zero tolerance for excuses to the Win the Storm stage.
