Lucas
Poole

Lucas Poole is the COO and one of the owners of Legacy Roofing & General Contracting, a multi-market roofing company operating across Texas and Oklahoma. Lucas went from being a high-level sales rep to an eight-figure business owner at a young age, earning the respect of the people around him through his work ethic, production, and willingness to lead from the front.

A major part of his journey has been learning how to transition from producing at a high level himself to building high-performing teams and developing other people into leaders. His approach centers around creating a championship-winning culture built on accountability, competition, leadership, and giving people the opportunity to completely change their lives.

Today, Lucas remains actively involved in the business, building teams, developing leaders, expanding into new markets, and creating the systems and culture necessary to scale without losing what made the company successful in the first place.
