Matthew Kronwald is a seasoned sales and revenue executive with a track record of building high-performing teams and scaling organizations in fast-moving, high-growth environments. He currently serves as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at SubcontractorHub, where he leads the company’s revenue strategy and growth initiatives. Prior to SubcontractorHub, Matthew served as both Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Titan Solar Power, which at the time was the largest residential solar contractor in the United States. During his tenure, Titan grew to exceed over $1 billion in annual funded revenue. As part of the executive leadership team, Matthew helped guide the company through that period of rapid expansion, with responsibility spanning sales, revenue operations, organizational scaling, and broader business operations. Throughout his career, Matthew has focused on building the teams, leaders, and operating structure required to perform at scale. His experience combines hands-on sales leadership with executive-level responsibility for revenue and operations, giving him a practical understanding of what it takes to grow an organization while maintaining a strong culture of performance and accountability.
