Nick
Pagnani

Nick Pagnani is Director of Professional Services at JobNimbus, where he leads the team responsible for getting roofing and construction contractors fully operational on the platform. He and his team have worked with hundreds of contractors across the country, which gives him an unusual vantage point on what actually separates the companies that scale from the ones that stall out at the same revenue year after year. Nick is also a licensed general contractor and runs HPN Construction, so his perspective comes from the field, not just the software side. He has been on roofs, run crews, and dealt with the same production and operational headaches the contractors in the room are dealing with.
