About Noe
When Noe Madrigal purchased A&A Roofing Services at 22, he had just $6,000 in his bank account. Five years later, the company is on track for approximately $8 million in revenue, a roughly 10X growth trajectory from the $780,000 business he acquired. His work focuses on a problem the trades cannot solve by hiring alone: how to build skilled people, develop young leaders, and create a culture that keeps both. At A&A, field crews are directly employed as W-2 employees, and 12 of the company’s 14 office team members entered without prior roofing experience. Noe uses that operating experience to teach contractors how leadership, technology, and clear systems can turn inexperienced people into accountable operators. He is developing Identity Engineering, a field-tested framework for building the person before expecting that person to build the business. Noe also writes The Forge Journal and is currently writing CROSSING, a book about identity, entrepreneurship, and the decisions that shape who people become.
