Paul Reed is currently the Vice President of Strategic Accounts for The HCR Group. He is the former co-owner of North-West Roofing, which he grew into a major commercial roofing force, in 2024 North-West Roofing joined The HCR Group, a house of roofing of brands across the Western US. He brings an owner's perspective to the company's largest customer relationships. Paul is also a co-founder of the Commercial Roofing Academy and the founder of Roofers in Recovery, a nonprofit that provides addiction recovery support and treatment access for people in the roofing and construction trades.
